reporting to support strategic decision-making.\nContribute to process improvement and automation efforts within assigned functions.\nOperational Management\nAssist in fund accounting tasks such as NAV calculations, reconciliations, and audit support.\nSupport finance operations including invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.\nMaintain documentation, trackers, and dashboards for internal process monitoring and compliance.\nPeople Leadership\nCollaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project goals.\nDemonstrate initiative, ownership, and a learning mindset in day-to-day tasks.\nParticipate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and internal workshops. \nExhibit professionalism, curiosity, and a growth mindset in
