  • Verify the work of fellow team members meticulously to ensure all outputs meet stringent quality standards and regulatory obligations.
  • Assist line management by controlling daily workflows, helping to guarantee timely completion of all operational responsibilities within the department.
  • Contribute actively to the creation, review, and maintenance of policies and procedures, ensuring they remain up-to-date and effective for all aspects of agency transaction management.
  • Offer general support for project implementation as required, collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver successful outcomes on time.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including Front Office teams, lenders, external legal counsel, and borrowers to administer events on loan portfolios efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues and escalating concerns when necessary, using your specialist knowledge to address queries promptly.
  • Build strong working relationships throughout MUFG by establishing a peer network that supports information gathering and effective inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Operate as a product specialist by providing subject matter expertise on agency loan transactions whenever required by colleagues or stakeholders.
  • Maintain front-to-back oversight of amendments, waivers, covenant tracking (including ESG), security trustee responsibilities, collateral monitoring, and borrowing base maintenance.

What you bring:
