We looking for a experienced designer/ developer with around 7 to 12 years of experience driving different data solutions end to end.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nDelivery\n Design & Development: Design and develop ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC/IICS) and, where necessary, PowerCenter.\nAI SDLC: Use AI in SDLC to develop mappings using copilots or agents. Adapt to trends to improve the delivery or the code.\n Snowflake Integration: Create and maintain efficient ETL/ELT pipelines, loading data from various sources (APIs, RDBMS, files) into Snowflake for analytics.\nData Modeling: Implement dimensional data models, including FACT/DIM table design and Star/Snowflake schemas.\nOptimization: Write and tune complex SQL/PL/SQL, optimizing queries and data pipelines for high performance, scalability, and speed.\n Data Integration: Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) and data quality assurance.\nCollaboration: Work with data architects, stakeholders, and data engineering teams to meet business requirements and performance SLAs. \nConduct code reviews and ensure the relevant documentation for the application are updated as part of the Project.\nTake the ownership of tech debts and prod enhancemnets\nDesign and implement data integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between various systems and applications. \nCollaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and architects to understand business needs and translate them into technical designs. \nStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and explore innovative data solutions.\nRisk & Compliance\nEnsure all activity fully complies with the appropriate policies, procedures and controls\nStrict adherence to change management and privileged production access management processes\nCulture and Leadership\nPromote the MUFG values-led culture which is inclusive and diverse.\nPromote a dynamic, delivery driven culture that works alongside business units to provide responsive resolutions and value driven solutions.\nJob Requirements:\nRequired to have a good understanding of software development methodologies.\nProven experience designing, delivering, and scaling data-intensive applications.\nExperience working on transformation projects involving introducing new technologies and ways of working within a business. Ability to drive adoption of new data architectures and technologies.\nAbility to clarify and uncover technical requirements, risks, and opportunities with tech leads and collaborators. Experience translating business needs into technical specifications.\nDeep, demonstratable experience delivering with various types of databases and design, including relational databases, NoSQL databases, graph databases, vector stores, and data warehouses, particularly in cloud environments. Experience with data modelling techniques and data warehousing methodologies (e.g., Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault).\nHands-on experience with cloud data platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with cloud-native data architectures and technologies.\nExperience with data management tools and processes.\nFunctional / Technical Competencies:\nExpertise in cloud-based data platforms Snowflake (preferred), AWS, Azure,Databricks.\n Informatica: Strong hands-on experience with IDMC, Cloud Data Integration (CDI), and IICS.\nSnowflake: Proficiency in Snowflake data modeling, stored procedures, and performance tuning.\nSQL: Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.\nETL Concepts: Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, CDC, and data warehousing principles.\n Cloud & Tools: Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and scheduling tools like Control-M.\nEducation / Qualifications:\nDegree educated and / or equivalent experience.\nMitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
