A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Position Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer AVP to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and AI-enabled digital solutions across customer, employee, and partner-facing platforms. This role will focus on modern application development, cloud technologies, digital experiences, and AI-powered solutions within a highly regulated financial services environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications and digital platforms.\nBuild modern user experiences using React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nDevelop APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.\nModernize legacy applications into cloud-native, API-first solutions.\nDesign and implement solutions using Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, containers, and event-driven architecture.\nDevelop and integrate relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis.\nImplement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and secure coding practices.\nEnsure solutions meet security, accessibility, privacy, risk, and regulatory requirements.\nCollaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, Risk, and Business teams to deliver technology solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise applications.\nStrong experience with React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, and Microservices.\nExperience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.\nExperience in UI/UX Engineering, Digital Experience, or Front-End Architecture with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale applications a plus\nKnowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.\nExperience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, containerization, and automated testing.\nExperience within Banking, Payments, Digital Channels, Customer Onboarding, CIAM, or Financial Services.\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, accessibility, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing customer-facing digital platforms and modern web applications.\nExperience with design systems, reusable UI components, and responsive design.\nUnderstanding digital banking ecosystems, payment solutions, and identity management platforms.\nAI & Emerging Technology\nExperience with Azure OpenAI, GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.\nKnowledge of AI Copilots, Conversational AI, Intelligent Search, RAG, Semantic Search, and Prompt Engineering.\nExperience building AI-powered user experiences and workflow automation solutions.\nUnderstanding of Responsible AI, AI Governance, Security, Privacy, and Compliance.\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or equivalent in professional experience\nThe typical base pay range for this role is as follows:\nNew York / New Jersey: $100k - $171k\nNon-/New York/ New Jersey: $100k - $154k\n\ndepending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
