This means investing in talent, technologies, and tools that empower you to own your career.\nJoin MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded.\n12+ yrs of experience in a production support (L1/L2) role within a middleware or integration environment.\nStrong operational knowledge of IBM MQ, including monitoring and troubleshooting in a live environment.\nExperience supporting MQ MFT or similar managed file transfer technologies.\nExperience supporting APIs and API Gateways from an operations perspective.\nExposure to ESB or integration platforms built on Java-based open-source frameworks, from a runtime support standpoint.\nFamiliarity with incident, problem, and change management processes in a regulated environment.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to perform structured diagnostics before escalation.\nAbility to produce clear written communication, including incident updates, handovers, and RCA summaries.\nComfortable working with Linux systems, logs, and command-line tools.\nBasic scripting skills (e.g. Bash) beneficial for support and operational tasks.\nFamiliarity with FIX protocol specifications and troubleshooting \nMitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
