The role supports both BAU stability and new automation initiatives, including integration across finance, operations, and monitoring platforms.\nThis is a hands-on individual contributor role, with no direct people management responsibilities.\n.\nRoles and Responsibilities\n1. Automation & Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain Python-based automation solutions for operational and financial workflows\nBuild and enhance automation workflows using Atlas (automation engine)\nTransform manual processes and macro-based Excel solutions into scalable, production-grade automation\nDevelop reusable components and services to improve automation efficiency and standardization\n2. System Integration\nIntegrate automation solutions with enterprise systems using APIs and data interfaces\nHandle structured and semi-structured data processing, including validation, exception handling, and logging\nSupport integration with platforms such as:Monitoring tools (e.g., ION, SolarWinds)\nTicketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)\nFinance and workflow platforms\n\n3. Platform & Web Enablement (Atlas + Glyph)\nEnable deployment of automation workflows into Glyph (web UI layer)\nSupport development of features that provide:Workflow visibility\nMonitoring dashboards\nControlled execution of automation processes\n\nContribute to building a centralized, web-enabled automation platform\n4. BAU Support & Maintenance\nMonitor automation workflows and platform health\nPerform issue resolution, bug fixes, and performance tuning\nSupport incident investigation and root cause analysis (RCA)\nMaintain stability and reliability of production systems\n5.
