Self-watering plants. Smart lighting.\nAnd we're just getting started.\nThe Role\nBuild Our Next Growth Engine\nEvery year, millions of people move.\nIt's one of the few moments when people rethink almost everything about their homes - furniture, walls, plants, lighting, everything.\nWe've noticed that a meaningful share of our customers discover us around this moment.\nWe think there's a big business here.\nMixtiles Group - Mixtiles, easyplant, and Oasis - reaches 1 in 20 US households today.\nThe question is: what should we build around moving?\nWe don't know yet.\nThat's the job.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn this opportunity from zero.\nFigure out where the biggest opportunity is. Pick a bet. Build it. Get it in front of customers. Find partners. Test the economics. Kill what doesn't work. Double down on what does.\nThis isn't a partnerships role, a product role, or a growth role.\nIt's a builder role.\n Who we're looking for\nSomeone with exceptional judgment, speed, and ownership.\nYou see opportunities others miss. You can think strategically and then get your hands dirty building.\nYour background matters less than what you've built and how you think.\n Apply\nDon't send us your resume.\nSend us one page answering (we will be reviewing only applications with a one-pager):\nIf you owned the moving opportunity for Mixtiles Group, what would you build?\nTell us:\nYour thesis: What's the opportunity others might be missing?\nYour bet: If you could do only one thing, what would you do?\nMake it real: Build or sketch something that lets us experience your idea - a prototype, landing page, partner pitch, offer, economics, or whatever you think is most useful.\nProve it: What would you do in your first 30 days to know if you're right?\n Why you, for this: What gives you an unusual advantage in building this specific business?\nDon't give us a list of ideas. Pick a bet. Make it concrete. Convince us.\nBased in the US.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2096,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Home Decor"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-18T06:29:21Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":7,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.244,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":77,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:4","stale_co","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-27T05:46:45Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/mixtiles-gtm-builder-us-moving-home","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/mixtiles-gtm-builder-us-moving-home.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-27T11:10:31Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":13252,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-28T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":678961},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=678961"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmixtiles-gtm-builder-us-moving-home"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmixtiles-gtm-builder-us-moving-home"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmixtiles-gtm-builder-us-moving-home"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/mixtiles-gtm-builder-us-moving-home\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmixtiles-gtm-builder-us-moving-home"}]}
