Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Nebraska

Immediate Start | Full Time | Maternity Leave Coverage | Fully Virtual

MIYO Health is urgently seeking a Nebraska licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full time virtual maternity leave coverage for a Nebraska school district.

This is an immediate need, with services beginning as soon as possible and continuing through winter break. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who has immediate availability and is looking for a full time, short term school based assignment that can be completed entirely from home.

Position Details

• Full time hours
• 100% virtual
• Start ASAP
• Temporary maternity leave coverage through winter break
• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services in accordance with student IEPs
• Complete evaluations and assessments as needed
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
• Complete documentation and progress reports
• Participate virtually in IEP meetings and student team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other related service providers
• Dedicated support from the MIYO Health team throughout the assignment

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current Nebraska SLP license or eligibility to obtain one quickly
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
• School based experience preferred
• Virtual service delivery experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
• Ability to begin services as soon as possible

Don't currently hold a Nebraska license? If you are licensed in another state and willing to obtain Nebraska licensure, MIYO Health will reimburse licensure costs for qualified candidates.

• Previous school-based experience required
• Teletherapy experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using technology and virtual service delivery platforms
