You will be responsible for optimizing application platforms and development processes, guiding the team through hands-on code reviews, and ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and mentor a team of full stack developers on project design, development, and delivery\nDesign and architect end-to-end web solutions spanning front-end, back-end, database, and API layers\nOptimize application platforms, systems, and development processes for performance and efficiency\nConduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and establish peer review processes\nDrive technical design decisions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements\nOwn CI/CD pipeline implementation, deployment automation, and release management\nImplement and manage application monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization\nArchitect AI integration features and oversee adoption of GitHub Copilot and vibe coding practices\nDesign and manage Azure API Management policies, gateways, and API lifecycle\nCollaborate with the SharePoint Lead, Power Platform Lead, and QA Lead for integrated delivery\nManage task assignments, sprint deliverables, and team capacity planning\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues across the full application stack\nEvaluate and adopt modern frameworks, libraries, and development tools\nTechnical Skills\nAngular\nReact\n.NET / .NET Core\nRequired Qualification\n8+ years of full stack development experience with progressive leadership responsibilities \nStrong proficiency in Angular, React, .NET/.NET Core, and SQL Server\nProven experience leading development teams of 3+ members\nHands-on experience with Azure services, API Management, DevOps pipelines, and containerization\nDemonstrated ability in solution design, architecture, and process optimization\nSolid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices patterns, and authentication frameworks\nExcellent communication and team leadership skills\nMethodologies & Delivery Practices:\nStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).\nExperience working in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery models.\nProficient in using JIRA for defect management, test tracking, and collaboration with development teams.\nThe expected base salary ranges from $112k-$190k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
