• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal hardware and software support
• Manage provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of company devices
• Administer and troubleshoot VoIP and internal communication platforms
• Oversee Google Workspace administration, including user management, permissions, and security compliance
• Provide technical support, deployment, and troubleshooting for clients
• Manage and resolve email system issues including deliverability and routing
• Deploy, configure, and maintain servers (physical and VPS environments)
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal network and server health

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent
• Knowledge of email infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX routing)
• Experience in client-facing roles or Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
• Familiarity with ticketing and asset management systems
