Maintain and organize rack/closet areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper cable management.\n\nSupport IT projects, such as equipment refreshes, software rollouts, and office moves.\n\nLiaise and communicate effectively with both local business units and global IT stakeholders regarding outages, upgrades, and project delivery.\n\nManage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues and optimal service delivery.\n\nDocument procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain knowledge base integrity.\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience/certifications are a plus.\n\nMinimum of 1 years of solid, hands-on experience in End User Computing (EUC) and IT infrastructure support.\n\nBilingual proficiency in English is mandatory.\n\nNew build project experience (hands-on involvement preferred).\n\nSolid grasp of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols) and hands-on experience configuring switches, routers, firewalls, and Wireless Access Points (WAPs) - ideally with vendors like Cisco, Dell or Palo Alto.\n\nComfortable with physical racked-and-stacked hardware deployment, structured cabling standards, and UPS etc. Ability to work independently in a field environment with minimal supervision.\n\nTravel to multiple office locations, remote sites and offices as needed.\n\nPerform other related duties that may be assigned or associated with the responsibility of the position.\n\nGlobally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
