This role will have opportunity for growth and expanded responsibilities and will provide a platform for future development within Human Resources. In this role, you will report to the regional HR Manager.\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nAct as the day-to-day HR contact for employees to address questions and issues that arise, providing sound HR guidance and counsel in a responsive and timely manner.\nPartner with our HR Centers of Excellence (e.g. total rewards/benefits, talent acquisition, talent and org development, communications) serving as the liaison for the sites’ employee population in the roll out of programs and to help address and resolve issues as they arise, while ensuring a high-quality level of service is provided.\nSupport the employee lifecycle; conducting exit interviews, employee discussions, and feedback sessions. Coordinating onboarding and delivering new hire orientation to support a positive employee experience and smooth transition into the organization\nPerform data reporting and analysis; effectively communicate results in a concise, structured manner.\nParticipate in other site/business related projects and activities as required.\nSkills You Bring:\nBachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or an associated field, with up to 2 years of Human Resources experience.\nHigh level of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.\nWorking knowledge of human resource principles, practices and procedures.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\nHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nCompensation and Benefits:\n Salary Pay Range: $57,225.00 - 95,375.00 USD Annual per year.
