In this role, you will report to the Senior Production Control Manager.\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nDevelop production schedules consistent with business objectives; release and manage manufacturing jobs to support plans\nManage scheduled sales order ship dates to meet Customer needs; team with internal groups to improve on time fulfillment to Customer request dates\nAssist the S&OP team to improve manufacturing capacity planning processes and implement master demand/master production planning tools\nLiaise between the demand and supply sides of the business to resolve capacity or critical material imbalances impacting on time shipment\nLeverage component material categories to monitor lead time and inventory position; recommend improvements in acquisition and inventory control processes to minimize slow moving/obsolescent inventories\nParticipate in new product/process development, assisting in development of launch plans and driving disposition of existing products and materials\nTrack KPI’s and publish updates, including production output vs. plan, on time shipment vs. request and promise dates, inventory and safety stock levels, others as requested or identified\nProvide input for systemic responses or changes in cases of labor or material shortages, backlog management, product/process design changes, and other potential schedule interruptions\nSkills You Bring:\nA bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in planning.\n0-1 + year's experience in planning or supply chain\nExperience using Oracle, SAP, or similar planning system; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint\nWillingness to work with diverse teams and demonstrate a cooperative, team-first attitude\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work on site 5 day a week+\nPhysical Demand and Working conditions\nPerform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs\nRegularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination\nAbility to remain in a stationary position for 80% of the time\nMust be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand\nMust be able to exchange accurate information\nOperates in a professional office and manufacturing environment\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery\nAbility to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)\nDedication to safety to mitigate hazards including handling mechanical and electrical hardware, high voltage, gas, water, and heat\nNoise level in the work environment is usually average\nThis position is onsite and candidate must live within commutable distance to our location in Broomfield, CO. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nSalary Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
