You will work closely with contract manufacturers and internal teams to track supplier performance, maintain shortage data, support supply continuity. This role is essential to ensuring timely resolution of supply issues and maintaining production continuity\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nSupporting the deployment of standardized working methods for managing critical component shortages.\nParticipating in daily shortage review meetings with contract manufacturers to identify and resolve supply constraints.\nTracking and reporting supplier delivery performance, ensuring accurate and timely updates\nMaintaining and updating the Rolling Action Item List (RAIL) to ensure accountability and follow-through on shortage mitigation actions.\nSupport efforts for supply continuity\nCollaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate any potential risk in deliveries\nTravel Requirements: Up to 20% of Travel is required. Skills You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in electronics.\nFamiliarity with electronic components and Smartsheet.\nStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nGlobally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
