In this role, you will report to the Global Mobility Leader.\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nManaging employment-based immigration programs, including work permits, visas, permanent residence applications, and related immigration processes.\nCoordinating with external immigration counsel and vendors to support the preparation, submission, renewal, and tracking of immigration cases and documentation.\nMonitoring immigration case progress, work authorization validity, visa expirations, and compliance requirements while providing timely updates to stakeholders.\nServing as a subject matter resource for employees and managers on immigration policies, procedures, timelines, and mobility-related matters.\nCollaborating cross-functionally with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Tax, Global Travel, Finance, and Legal teams to facilitate international assignments, global mobility activities, and immigration compliance.\nMaintaining immigration records, dashboards, and reporting while identifying opportunities to improve processes, automation, compliance, and employee experience.\nSkills You Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.\n2+ years of experience supporting immigration, global mobility, HR operations, legal administration, or employee services in a multinational organization.\nExperience supporting employment-based immigration processes and working with immigration vendors.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nExperience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or equivalent systems.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage confidential information and work effectively across cultures and geographies.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience working in an employment-based immigration firm.\nKnowledge of international assignments, relocation programs, and cross-border employment activities.\nGlobal Mobility Specialist (GMS®) certification or related credential.\nPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:\nPrimarily operates in a professional office or remote work environment.\nFrequently uses a computer and standard office equipment.\nRegular communication and collaboration with employees, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple global time zones.\nAbility to participate in virtual and in-person meetings for extended periods.\nSalary Pay Range: Salary ranging between $94,700 to $71,025 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
