In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Administration.\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nMaintaining new and existing customer orders, including expediting orders, preparing quotes, proactively contacting customers, setting up new customer accounts, and supporting Key Account Managers\nCommunicating weekly order changes, including pull-ins and pushouts, to operations and manufacturing teams\nPartnering with assigned Account Managers to ensure purchase orders align with approved quotes and contractual terms\nMaintaining and coordinating bookings while consistently keeping the planning team informed and up to date\nEnsuring accuracy and compliance throughout the order-to-cash process\nSupporting cross-functional collaboration to meet customer commitments and business objectives\nSkills You Bring:\n3+ years of experience in contract administration and/or customer service within a manufacturing environment\nProven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and timely follow-up are critical\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nExperience with SAP is highly preferred\nExperience with Salesforce and Ariba is a plus\nPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:\nPerform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time\nRegularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination\nMust be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand\nMust be able to exchange accurate information\nThe ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)\nOperates in a professional office environment\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery\nNoise level in the work environment is usually average\nCompensation and Benefits:\nTotal Base Pay Range: 75,175.00 - 100,000.00 USD Annual, based on qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law.\nBonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS (or as applicable).\nBenefits: MKS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision), 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, 12 paid holidays, sick time, 15 paid vacation days, parental leave, adoption assistance, and tuition reimbursement.\nGlobally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
