In this role, you will report to the Director of Technical Operations.\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nOverseeing the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products\nEnsuring the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs\nActs as liaison with engineering in releasing new products\nDeveloping systems to maintain reports and record keeping of company products\nSelecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function\nTravel Requirements: Up to 15% of Travel is required.\nSkills You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering.\n5+ years of related experience.\nAbility to communicate, collaborate, and influence effectively across cross-functional teams and all levels of the organization.\nDemonstrated expertise in data analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies, including tools such as Gage R&R and Design of Experiments (DoE), to address manufacturing and product performance issues.\nDemonstrated expertise troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues related to product design and manufacturing processes in a high technology environment.\nLeading of a high-performing Manufacturing Engineering team.\nPreferred Skills: (Optional)\nGraduate degree.
