This role oversees receiving, kitting, inventory operations, and inventory control functions to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient material availability in support of production and customer requirements.\nYou will partner closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to maintain inventory accuracy, execute standard work, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the distribution and warehouse environment. You will also support daily operational execution across multiple functional areas, helping drive performance aligned to safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nLead inbound warehouse and material flow operations across receiving and kitting\nEnsure accurate and timely material receipt, transactions, and availability \nDrive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, issue resolution, and corrective actions \nEstablish and enforce standard work, safety practices, and warehouse procedures \nCoordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Quality, and Procurement \nCoach and develop team members to drive performance and accountability \nMonitor performance using KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives \nEscalate operational risks and support resolution with leadership\nSkills You Bring (Required Skills):\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience \n3-5 years of related experience \nPrior experience leading or supervising teams in a distribution or manufacturing environment \nStrong understanding of receiving, inventory control, and kitting processes \nExperience working in an ERP/MRP system (Oracle preferred) \nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills \nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) \nDemonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment\nPreferred Skills:\nCPIM and/or APICS certification \nExperience in a multi-site or multi-team warehouse environment \nLean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience \nPrior experience supporting production or manufacturing operations \nAbility to analyze inventory and operational data to drive corrective actions \nExperience developing standard work, training materials, and process documentation \nExposure to warehouse layout, material flow optimization, or space utilization initiatives\nSupervisory Scope: \nReporting Relationships: Reports to Sr. Materials Supervisor \nDirect Reports: Material Handlers across multiple site\nPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as required \nStanding, walking, and operating in a warehouse environment for extended periods \nWorking conditions may include minimal climate control and varying noise levels \nOvertime or weekend work may be required to support operational needs\nDedication to safety to mitigate hazards including handling mechanical and electrical hardware, high voltage, gas, water, and heat\nResponsible for supporting operations across two different shifts, with flexibility to adjust or change shifts as business needs require\nCompensation and Benefits:\nPay Range: $71,025 - 118374 annually is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
