The successful candidate will be providing a fast and high-quality service to support our operations while ensuring upstream processes are executed in accordance with our policies and procedures. The IT panel includes CRM, ERP, CTRM (Commodity Trading & Risk Management), TMS (Treasury Management System), Inventory Management, and Production Management systems. The Master Data Officer will integrate a small multicultural team within a stimulating and faced pace environment with a decentralized center led approach and philosophy.\nMAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMaster data Governance\nEnsuring the application of master data governance policies, procedures, and frameworks for all data domains.\n\nMaintaining data standards, data models, and data dictionaries to ensure consistency across various platforms (CRM, ERP, CTRM, TMS, Inventory, and Production Management).\n\nProcess Improvement\nProviding support to the team with the day to day activities and projects.\n\nBeing proactive in learning new skills and technologies.\n\nAdding value to the team’s knowledge and expertise.\n\nRepresenting the department in the Region/Time zone.\n\nProviding guidance on tools, forms or processes to the other departments.\n\nContinuously challenging status quo and proposing improvements to existing processes, policies and procedures.\n\nData Quality Management\nEnsuring that Master data is consistent, accurate, and available across systems, adhering to business rules and industry standards.\n\nExecuting and adapting data reconciliations to ensure quality through the construction of tools.\n\nLeading data quality assessments, audits, and continuous monitoring, identifying areas for improvement.\n\nCollaborating with business and IT teams to resolve data quality issues and ensure clean, accurate, and reliable data.\n\nWorking with all departments to ensure the Master data setup is compliant and corresponds to the business need’s.\n\nMDM Systems and Integration\nEnsuring seamless integration of master data between Management systems.\n\nCollaborating with IT teams to ensure consistent and accurate data flow between different enterprise systems.\n\nCooperating with security and compliance teams to enforce data access controls and ensure the protection of sensitive data.\n\nREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field\n\nAdditional diploma or certifications in Business Analysis, Data Management, or similar fields are a plus\n\n3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related roles.\n\nExperience with MDM tools and platforms.\n\nProven experience working with multiple enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, CTRM, TMS, Inventory Management, and Production Management.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:\nUnderstanding of data integration techniques, data modeling, and data management processes\n\nExperience with SQL, data governance tools, and ERP/CRM/CTRM/TMS systems\n\nAbility to interact with colleagues of diverse cultures; respect for diversity and a team player\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify data issues, conduct root cause analysis, and propose data-driven solutions\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nResistance to stress and time-pressure\n\nAgile and flexible mindset, proactive\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nGood IT skills, proficiency in MS Office and Windows environment is expected\n\nGood understanding and command of Murex is a big asset\n\nProficiency in spoken and written English;
