In this role, you will report to the Director Operations, Compliance.\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nAssume compliance responsibility for all products within the Plasma and Reactive Gas business unit nationally and internationally.\nWork closely with engineering and cross-functional product teams to ensure all NPI (New Product Introduction) and legacy products adhere to required regulatory compliance standards.\nPartner with engineering to ensure technical approaches, documentation, concepts and solutions are implemented according to MKS specification and requirements\nDirects and conducts internal compliance testing, leading efforts to solve engineering safety issues resulting in compliance testing\nEnsures product designs meet applicable regulation requirements including certification, ongoing testing and processing requirements\nMaintains regulatory approvals and resolves compliance issues with design and manufacturing engineering\nCoordinates design requirement review with appropriate engineering personnel to ensure compatibility of processing methods\nSkills You Bring:\nB.S. or M.S. degree in a related field (EE preferred) with 7+ years of experience with a focus on product compliance testing\nExperienced with LVD, EMC/EMI directives, and harmonized standards (61010-1, 61326-1, Semi S2, etc.)\nWorking knowledge of global regulations (FCC, CE, KC, UL, RoHS, REACH, CA65, EPA TSCA, WEEE, China RoHS, PFAS, and others) across multiple industries (commercial and industrial products)\nPreferred Skills: (Optional)\nComfortable in environments that depend on influence to drive outcomes\nExcels in tackling complex problems and synthesizing them into actionable solutions\nKnowledgeable with hands-on troubleshooting and test experience (Power Electronics, LVD, EMC/EMI)\nEasily handles project multitasking with timelines\nAble to travel approximately 20% annually as needed to support regulatory product compliance testing and audits\nPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:\nAble to travel approximately 20% annually as needed to support regulatory product compliance testing and audits\n\nCompensation and Benefits:\nSalary Pay Range: $110,000.00 - 160,000.00 per year.
