This role manages cross-functional engineering activities to ensure products meet performance, quality, cost, schedule, reliability, and manufacturability targets. This manager serves as the primary technical interface between R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customers during product introduction\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nLead the successful transition of new products from development into manufacturing, ensuring achievement of quality, cost, schedule, reliability, and customer requirements \nPartner with Project Management to successfully navigate the Product Development Process \nWork closely with Product Marketing and other cross functional groups to successfully align requirements \nFoster a culture of collaboration, with a focus on cross-functional data driven problem-solving techniques \nBuild and develop a high-performing NPI engineering organization through coaching, talent development, succession planning, and performance management. \nLead technical risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution throughout the product development and introduction lifecycle. \nPartner with customers and field organizations during beta deployments and early product releases to gather feedback, resolve technical issues, and improve product performance. \nManage engineering resources, priorities, and investments to support strategic business objectives and a robust new product pipeline. \nServe as the critical bridge between R&D and Operations, ensuring innovative technologies are translated into scalable, manufacturable, and supportable commercial products. \nSkills that You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s/PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience \n2+ years of engineering management, technical leadership, or people leadership experience \nDemonstrated leadership in New Product Introduction (NPI), including resource prioritization, risk management, and decision-making in complex environments \nStrong ability to develop, coach, and mentor teams while effectively managing stakeholders and resolving conflicts \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts across disciplines \nExperience leading technical and design reviews and driving cross-functional alignment \nProven ability to negotiate, influence, and build consensus in matrixed organizations \nExperience engaging with customers to address technical issues and drive successful outcomes \nCompensation and Benefits:\nSalary Pay Range: $ 155,000.00 - 205,00.00 per year.
