You will provide technical leadership across a variety of disciplines including ozone, remote plasma sources, electronic control systems, electro-mechanical subsystems, signal acquisition, and data processing. \nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nLead technical planning activities, including scope definition, effort estimation, milestone tracking, and status reporting.\nWork closely with Product Marketing and applications team to scope market requirements and customer needs\nCreate system level engineering design specifications and project scope documents\nDevelop and execute system integration, verification, and Design Verification Test (DVT) plans.\nDrive technical issue resolution, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Electrical, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Compliance Engineering.\nManage technical project schedules, deliverables, resource planning, dependencies, and risk mitigation activities.\nEnsure projects are executed on time while meeting performance, quality, regulatory, and cost objectives.\nPrepare and present technical updates, program reviews, risk assessments, and executive-level communications to stakeholders.\nTravel Requirements: Up to 10 % of Travel is required.\nThe majority of the work will be in Wilmington but 20%+ of the work will be in Methuen. \nSkills You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in electrical or systems engineering or similar with 5+ years of experience\nAbility to understand and manage tradeoffs between cost, performance, and schedules\nTrack record of successful new product releases, with experience in the entire product development process.\nExperience with analog and digital design circuitry, proper test methodology, and systems integration.\nExperience creating and executing system integration, integrating electromechanical systems, and Design Verification Test (DVT) plans.\nStrong technical communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills\nSkilled with Failure Analysis (FMEA)\nWe are interested in a qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
