In this role, you will report to the SAP Basis Manager.\n\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\n\nPartnering with peers across the IT organization to solve complex business problems and lead the development of high-level solution options and technical approaches. \nLeading technical initiatives such as infrastructure refreshes, data center migrations, and disaster recovery solutions\nDeveloping SAP infrastructure and application project plans and ensuring delivery of technical milestones established by application delivery managers. \nDriving technical innovation by evaluating and recommending SAP technologies and related products. \nPlaying a hands-on role in troubleshooting and resolving significant system issues, including performance bottlenecks and stability concerns. \nBalancing workload between architecture and project activities (approximately 80%) and operational support activities (approximately 20%). \nManaging multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills. \n\nSkills You Bring:\n\nBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. \n8+ years of SAP Basis administration and architecture experience in complex enterprise environments. \nExtensive experience with SAP technologies including SAP ERP, SAP APO, SAP Fiori, SAP GRC, SAP Portal, SAP BW, SAP PO, SAP SSO Server, and SAP Web Dispatcher. \nStrong experience with operating systems including Linux and Windows and databases including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, SAP HANA, and MaxDB supporting SAP applications. \nProven experience performing SAP version upgrades and support package upgrades. \nHands-on experience with SAP security and authentication technologies including SSO, SNC, SAML, multi-factor authentication, and load balancing. \nExperience in managing SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP IBP. \n\nPreferred Skills:\n\nSAP certification in SAP Basis, SAP HANA, or related SAP technologies. \nExperience with SAP cloud integration and hybrid landscape architectures. \nKnowledge of automation, monitoring, and orchestration tools used in SAP operations. \nExperience leading offshore technical teams and third-party service providers. \nStrong understanding of ITIL processes, change management, and enterprise operational governance. \n\nPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:\n\nAbility to work in an office or remote environment using standard computer equipment. \nAbility to sit for extended periods while performing technical and analytical work. \nOccasional participation in after-hours maintenance activities, system upgrades, and production support events. \nMay require participation in on-call support rotations for critical SAP production
