You will manage the program from planning through deployment, driving business-process alignment, solution delivery, data migration, integrations, organizational readiness, and adoption while maintaining clear governance across business units and regions. In this role, you will report to the Sr IT Program Manager.\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\nLead end-to-end planning and execution of the Next Generation PLM replacement, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, quality, and benefits realization.\nEstablish program governance, decision forums, status reporting, escalation paths, and executive communications that enable timely, fact-based decisions.\nPartner with business and technology leaders to align global product-development and lifecycle-management processes, define requirements, manage scope, and maintain clear accountability for decisions and deliverables.\nCoordinate solution design, configuration, testing, data cleansing and migration, system integrations, validation, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization across multiple workstreams.\nManage the system integrator and other vendors, including deliverables, milestones, resource commitments, financial performance, issue resolution, and adherence to MKS standards.\nDrive organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, and adoption planning for impacted users and functions.\nIdentify and proactively resolve cross-functional risks, resource constraints, competing priorities, and dependencies with ERP, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and downstream enterprise systems.\nMaintain complete and audit-ready program documentation, including plans, requirements, decisions, risks, issues, actions, test evidence, deployment readiness, and lessons learned.\nSkills You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree\nPMP or CAPM certification preferred\n5 plus years of progressive experience managing complex or cross-functional project\nDemonstrated success leading large, complex, cross-functional enterprise technology or business-transformation programs from initiation through deployment and stabilization.\nExperience delivering PLM, product-development, engineering, quality, or master-data solutions in a global manufacturing environment.\nStrong command of project and program management disciplines, including integrated planning, financial management, dependency management, risk and issue management, change control, and executive reporting.\nExperience managing system integrators, software vendors, contracts, statements of work, milestones, and delivery performance.\nAbility to translate business objectives and technical constraints into clear plans, decisions, actions, and leadership communications.\nStrong facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.\nWorking knowledge of data migration, enterprise integrations, testing, validation, cutover, change management, and deployment-readiness practices.\nPreferred Skills:\nDirect experience implementing or replacing an enterprise PLM platform, such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Oracle Agile PLM, or a comparable solution.\nExperience integrating PLM with ERP, MES, CAD, quality, document-management, and reporting platforms.\nProject Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Agile, or comparable certification.\nExperience in a regulated, high-technology, semiconductor, industrial, or advanced-manufacturing environment.\nExperience leading global teams across multiple business units, regions, and time zones.\nFamiliarity with product data governance, bills of material, engineering change management, document control, and product compliance.\nSupervisory Scope\nReporting Relationships: No direct reports anticipated; leads a matrixed team of business process owners, functional leads, technical resources, site representatives, vendors, and implementation partners.\n Financial Responsibilities: Responsible for program budget planning, forecasting, actuals tracking, vendor spend oversight, and financial variance reporting within the approved investment.\nPhysical Demands and Working Conditions\nAbility to perform work at a computer and participate in virtual or in-person meetings for extended periods.\nAbility to communicate effectively through written, verbal, and presentation-based channels.\nWork is primarily performed in an office or remote-office environment with periodic visits to manufacturing and engineering sites.\nMay require occasional work outside standard business hours to support global teams, critical deployments, cutover activities, and issue resolution.\nMust be able to travel domestically and internationally, as business needs require.\nGlobally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
