[DRAFT_PWS_...t2026.docx | Word]\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the overall training-data management, analytics and visualization workstream.\nServe as the primary data/analytics point of contact to Government leadership.\nEstablish and manage processes for capturing, prioritizing and tracking enterprise data requirements.\nDevelop and maintain business glossaries, metadata repositories and data standards.\nSupport Learning Management System migration and ensure data continuity across platforms.\nDesign and oversee data-integration pipelines between source systems and enterprise data platforms.\nAnalyze high-volume training data, including:\nStudent records\nCourse completion\nStudent demographics\nAcademic/training performance\nStudent tracking\nOperational and program-performance data.\nPerform data-quality and validation activities.\nConduct historical, statistical and ad hoc analyses to identify trends, risks and opportunities.\nDevelop KPIs, performance measures and Mission Management and Reporting metrics.\nDevelop, deploy and maintain a portfolio of at least five enterprise-level interactive Power BI dashboards.\nDevelop executive-level reports and visualizations translating complex data into actionable information.\nLead production of monthly metrics, deep-dive analytic studies and rapid-turn ad hoc reporting.\nSupport responses to Government data calls within demanding timelines.\nDevelop and deliver quarterly analytics training to Government personnel.\nDevelop data-governance approaches, definitions, standards and documentation.\nCommunicate analytics findings and recommendations to senior Government decisionmakers.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Secret clearance.\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field.\n8+ years of professional data/analytics experience.\nAt least 3 years leading enterprise analytics, BI or data-management efforts.\nExpert-level or advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI.\nDemonstrated experience developing enterprise dashboards and executive analytics.\nExperience with:\nData modeling\nData validation and quality\nData integration\nMetadata\nKPIs/performance metrics\nData standards/governance\nStatistical or trend analysis.\nStrong SQL and data-querying skills.\nExperience integrating multiple enterprise data sources.\nAbility to translate technical analysis into concise executive recommendations.\nStrong presentation and client-facing communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect DCSA or DoD experience.\nExperience working with training, education or Learning Management System data.\nExperience supporting LMS migration.\nMicrosoft Power BI Data Analyst certification or equivalent demonstrable expertise.\nExperience with Power Query, DAX and enterprise Power BI governance.\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, SQL Server or similar enterprise data platforms.\nExperience with SPSS or comparable statistical tools.\nFamiliarity with Section 508 requirements for analytics products.\nExperience developing and delivering analytics
