technical expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform suite, translating mission and business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions for a large government customer. \nWork Location: Completely on-site in Dahlgren, VA.\nBasic Required Qualifications and Skills: \nAt start date, possess one of the Microsoft certifications below:\nPL-100 Power Platform Fundamentals\nPL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate\nPL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate\nPL-500 Power Automate RPA Developer Associate\nPL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals\nBe willing to obtain one of these certifications within 90 days of starting position:\nAB-410 Intelligent Applications Builder Associate (formerly PL-200)\nAB-100 Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert (formerly PL-600)\nAdvanced-level experience with:\nArchitecting, developing, deploying, and sustaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions in an enterprise or government environment.\nPower Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Fx, and DAX\nExperience with:Integrating Power Platform solutions with authorized enterprise data sources and disparate systems.\nDesigning secure, scalable, high-performance solutions in a controlled or secure environment.\nDeveloping technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, troubleshooting materials, training content, and leadership briefings.\n\nMaintain technical and management certifications as per DoDM 8140.03\nDetail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent written and oral communication skills.\nExcellent interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse military and civilian stakeholders.\nSuccessful completion of privileged user account exam.\nPlease note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position candidate have the following qualifications:\nDepartment of Defense or federal government experience preferred.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:This position will include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:\nServe as the senior technical advisor and subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.\nAnalyze mission requirements, gather stakeholder needs, and recommend secure, scalable, and supportable solution architectures.\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Platform applications, workflows, and data solutions supporting mission operations.\nBuild and manage integrations with approved data sources and implement business logic using Power Fx and related technologies.\nDevelop, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, including RPA solutions and legacy-system integrations.\nCreate data models, dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions in Power BI to support operational and leadership decision-making.\nApply Power Platform best practices for security, governance, configuration management, testing, deployment, and lifecycle sustainment.\nProduce technical documentation, including solution designs, standard operating procedures, user guides, and troubleshooting materials.\nDeliver training, workshops, and briefings to government stakeholders, citizen developers, system administrators, and leadership.\nResolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvements that enhance reliability, performance, and user experience.\nCoordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and security personnel to ensure successful solution delivery and deployment.\nEnsure compliance with
