billing, and collection, and maintain orderly filing/e-filing, proper documentation, prompt payment processing, and imposing late payment interest when required.\n\nAny other duties/ task assigned by the superior from time to time. \n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum Diploma in Business Studies or Business Administration.\n\nMinimum 3 years of working experience preferably in sales admin/credit admin/conveyancing or related field in property development industry.\n\nGood knowledge of KPKT housing regulations, HIMS, SPA/e-signing processes.\n\nComputer literate with proficient in major Microsoft Windows, Office and MHW Accounting operating system and software is an advantages.\n\nWell verse in read, write and speak Bahasa Malays, English, Mandarin is added advantage\n\nSkills\nSales
