Responsibilities\n\n1) Promote Products and Solutions:\n\nTravel to meet customers and external stakeholders to present our offerings.\n\nConduct calls to engage with potential clients (database will be provided).\n\n2) Customer Acquisition:\n\nActively source and identify new customers and projects through market research and networking.\n\n3) Sales Quotation Preparation:\n\nPrepare detailed sales quotations for customer projects and tenders, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.\n\n4) Order Fulfilment Coordination:\n\nLiaise with Operations, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless fulfilment of customer orders.\n\nEnsure prompt and clear communication with all departments to facilitate timely delivery and resolve any issues.\n\nMonitor the status of orders and provide regular updates to customers.\n\nAddress any customer concerns or inquiries promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.\n\nTo assist in collection of payments from customers. \n\nRequirements\nJob Requirements\n\n1) Interpersonal Skills:\n\nComfortable with meeting and engaging with diverse individuals.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.\n\n2) Business Travel:\n\nWilling to travel within the entire Malaysia to meet customers and external stakeholders (travel reimbursement will be provided).\n\n3) Proactiveness and Analytical Skills:\n\nPro-active, inquisitive, and analytical mindset to identify opportunities and solve problems effectively.\n\n4) Working Experience:\n\nPrior experience in sales or customer service is highly favourable but not compulsory.\n\nBackground in Civil Engineering or any Engineering discipline is advantageous but not required.\n\n*Working with Mandarin-speaking
