We are looking for someone who goes beyond transactional processing. The ideal candidate is technology-savy, embraces automations, identifies opportunities for improvement and actively contributes to growth and transformation of our Shared Service Center. The position may be located in any of the US sites: Indianapolis, IN, Clayton, NC, Greensboro, NC or Charlotte, NC.\nYour Role\nYou will process and review vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) while performing 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, receipt). \nYou will ensure appropriate approvals and coding prior to posting invoices into the ERP systems.\n\nYou will prepare weekly cash requirements and sumbit for approva as well as executing payments according to schedule and controls.\n\nYou will maintain vendor management data (Tax ID forms, banking details, payment terms).\n\nYou will monitor AP aging and follow-up on open items.\nYou are committed to resolving vendor inquiries and discrepancies.\n\nYour Profile\nYou have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.\n\nYou have already proven Accounts Payable experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.\n\nYou have strong understanding of AP processes (invoice, payments, reconciliations). \nYou have a high attention to detail and accuracy with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nYou have a curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. \nOur Offer\nJoin our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who like to get things done! \nWe offer you a workplace in a stable environment at an international company which is an industry leader.
