MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products.\nOur heart beats for talents - be one of them!\nTo strengthen our motivated Bindery Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Bindery Set-Up Technician.\nYour Role\nYou will perform maintenance and troubleshoot multiple pieces of equipment.\nYou are poficient in the set up of folding equipment (Vijuk, Stahl, Pratham, Mueller, MBO etc..) per client/job order specifications.\nYou can perform beginning and ending line clearances.\nYou will demonstrate acceptable attendance and good mechanical aptitude.\nYou have general computer skills.\nYou are organized and disciplined in following of established processes and procedures.\nYour Profile\nYou have obtained a high school diploma in a vocational and/or work-study program. \nYou possess acceptable verbal, organizational, and people skills.\nYou can lift up to 35 pounds, loads heavier than 35 pounds will be lifted with mechanical device or 2-person lift.\nYou will use problem-solving as a routine element of the job. \nYou must be at least 18 years of age.\nOur Offer\nWe offer you a workplace in a stable environment at an international company which is an industry leader.
