budgets.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on project coordination or project management experience in professional services or consulting.\nExperience working with clients and small cross-functional teams on scoped engagements is required.\nPM certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are a plus but not mandatory.\nHard Skills & Knowledge\nFamiliarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Asana and strong Excel skills.\nWorking knowledge of both waterfall and Agile delivery approaches and when to apply each.\nBasic budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking experience for small to medium projects.\nAbility to produce clear status reports, timelines, and simple risk registers for stakeholders.\nSoft Skills & Qualities\nStrong verbal and written communication, able to present status updates and client
