This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining customer confidence and driving a culture of quality excellence across the business.\nAs Site Quality Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for all Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Regulatory activities across the site. You will be responsible for ensuring robust quality systems are maintained, customer requirements are met and GMP compliance is embedded throughout the operation.\nWorking as part of the Site Leadership Team, you will help shape the quality strategy and support the continued growth and success of the Bradford site.\nYour Role\nYou will lead, develop and support the site Quality team, ensuring the effective delivery of Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.\nYou will hold responsibility for product quality release decisions and approval activities in line with customer and regulatory requirements.\nYou will ensure compliance with GMP, customer requirements and internal Quality Management Systems.\nYou will oversee customer complaint management, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nYou will drive continuous improvement through the analysis of quality data, trends and performance metrics.\nYou will lead site change control, deviation management and CAPA processes.\nYou will support internal, customer and certification audits, ensuring ongoing compliance and audit readiness.\nYou will work closely with customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to maintain the highest quality standards.\nYou will support new product introductions, validation activities and business improvement projects.\nYou will contribute to the wider success of the site as a member of the Site Leadership Team.\nYour Profile\nSignificant experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment.\nProven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.\nStrong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance requirements.\nExperience working within highly regulated industries, ideally pharmaceutical, healthcare, print or packaging manufacturing.\nA customer-focused approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making capability.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.\nEssential Qualifications and Experience\nDegree qualified in Science, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.\nMinimum of three years' experience within a Quality Management function.\nDemonstrable track record of delivering quality improvements and business results.\nDesirable\nExperience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, print or packaging sectors.\nInternal Auditor qualification.\nISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.\nBRCGS Packaging Lead Auditor certification.\nLean or Six Sigma qualification.\nOur Offer\nCompetitive salary.\nCompany pension scheme.\nLife assurance.\nEmployee Assistance Programme.\nCycle to Work scheme.\nEmployee discount platform.\nOngoing learning and development opportunities.\nCareer progression within a global organisation.\nFree on-site parking.\nAnnual leave entitlement plus bank holidays.\nA supportive and collaborative working environment\nWhy MM?\nThis is an opportunity to join a global organisation where quality is central to our success.
