You’ll work on real creative projects for two international brands, creating visuals that are used across websites, campaigns, events, social and internal communications throughout Europe.\nYou’ll work alongside our in-house creative and marketing teams, get plenty of hands-on experience and have space to bring your own ideas to the table.\nWhat you’ll be working on\nYour projects will vary from week to week. You’ll help us with things like:\nDesigning web banners, digital campaign assets, print ads, roll-ups and promotional materials\n\nAdapting creative concepts for different formats, markets and channels\n\nCreating visuals for websites, press releases and events\n\nBuilding templates and materials for internal communications\n\nCropping, resizing and reformatting online and offline assets\n\nSupporting video storyboards and other creative projects\n\nMaking sure your work is organised, accurate and delivered on time\n\nYou won’t be doing everything alone. You’ll work closely with experienced designers and marketers who can give you feedback, challenge your ideas and help you develop.\nWho we’re looking for\nYou don’t need years of professional experience. You do need a good design foundation, curiosity and the confidence to actually create things.\nYou are:\nA Bachelor student with a background in Graphic Design or a related field\n\nEnrolled at a European university for the full duration of the internship\n\nComfortable working on a Mac\n\nConfident using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator\n\nFamiliar with Figma\n\nComfortable working with templates and brand guidelines\n\nAble to use PowerPoint, Word and Excel when needed\n\nAvailable for 5-6 months, starting as soon as possible or from February 2027\n\nOrganised, reliable and able to manage your own work\n\nSomeone with a strong eye for detail\n\nFamiliar with AI tools and interested in using them as part of the creative process - without relying on them to do the thinking for you\n\nExperience with video editing is a nice bonus, but definitely not a must.\nWhat you’ll get from us\nA full-time, hands-on internship where your work will actually be used\n\nExperience working with the Philips and AOC brands\n\nA modern office in Amsterdam, just next to Amstel Station\n\nA genuinely international team with colleagues from different countries and backgrounds\n\nSpace to learn, experiment, ask questions and take ownership\n\nHybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home\n\nMonthly internship allowance\n\nTravel allowance\n\nA little about us\nMMD is part of TPV and is responsible for Philips-branded monitors worldwide.\nWe’re an international business with teams across Amsterdam, Prague, Shanghai, Singapore, São Paulo, Fremont and Taiwan.
