builds\nCreate monitoring and automation tools for deployments and system health\nBuild and document APIs and integration layers\nInterface with analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs\nCollaborate in design/code reviews and advocate for clean, testable code\nDocument technical processes and support deployment procedures\nContribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) improvements\nProvide occasional cross-team technical support\nKeep up with modern development best practices and toolsets\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n Skills & Competencies\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nAnalytical mindset and problem-solving ability\nFamiliarity with agile development workflows\nUnderstanding of software development experience\nSolid experience with Java, C++, Python, HTML5, or similar languages\nExperience with mobile app development (Android/iOS) preferred\nExperience with React, Spring Boot, CSS3, JavaScript, Swift, JSON, Objective-C\nExperience with build tools such as Apache Maven\nFrontend development with TypeScript and frameworks like Next.js\nExperience using Git for version control\nExperience working with Node.js and npm\nFamiliarity with environment variable management (e.g., using .env files or Doppler during deployment)\nDatabase experience with MS SQL Server or
