We are currently seeking a Manager the lead our Electromechanical Production team.\nWhat will you be doing?\nDirect day-to-day electromechanical manufacturing and assembly activities across multiple programs and product lines.\nEstablish production priorities and facilitate daily operational meetings to keep teams aligned.\nTrack manufacturing performance through meaningful KPIs and take action when results fall outside expectations.\nIdentify production constraints, resource gaps, and emerging schedule risks, then develop and implement mitigation plans.\nOptimize the use of people, equipment, tooling, materials, and manufacturing capacity.\nMaintain visibility of work-in-progress, backlog, staffing requirements, and overall production capacity.\nWork closely with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management to develop achievable schedules and respond to changing requirements.\nChampion improvements to manufacturing processes, productivity, workflow, and operational efficiency.\nPromote a strong safety culture and reinforce consistent adherence to established manufacturing practices and procedures.\nPartner with Quality to address non-conformances, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.\nApply structured problem-solving techniques to resolve recurring production and quality issues.\nMaintain a strong focus on customer, regulatory, and internal quality expectations throughout the manufacturing process.\nProvide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the Production team.\nSet clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and participate in employee performance reviews.\nIdentify skills gaps and training requirements and support the development of employees at all levels.\nConfirm that employees have the training, qualifications, certifications, and competencies necessary for their assigned responsibilities.\nDevelop employee development and succession strategies that support the organization's future growth.Foster an environment built around accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, respect, and teamwork.\n\nWhat do we need from you?\nPrevious experience supervising or managing teams involved in complex manufacturing, electromechanical assembly, electrical assembly, fabrication, or related production environments.\nA solid technical understanding of electromechanical systems, components, manufacturing processes, and assembly methods. \nStrong understanding of production planning, purchasing, and supply chain operations.\nExperience managing operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing quality systems, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.\nExperience working with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing KPIs.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capability.\nCompliance Statement\nThis position may require exposure to export-controlled information and is subject to additional security screening.
