We partner with businesses across diverse sectors to optimize their people, processes, and performance, ensuring growth, efficiency, and long-term success.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Business Development Manager \n\nLocation: Island, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Purpose\n\n Drives the company’s growth by identifying and winning new retail sites, corporate and fleet customers, partnerships, and new energy opportunities, including Enervolve Global Products, CNG, and EV charging services. Builds and manages the sales pipeline, strengthens market position, and ensures that growth initiatives are commercially sound and aligned with company growth strategies.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\n\nGrowth Strategy and Market Intelligence:\n\n Develop and execute the business development strategy and annual growth plan in line with company objectives.\n\n Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and regulatory changes, and advise management on opportunities and threats.\n\n Identify opportunities in CNG conversion, EV charging, lubricants, and convenience retail.\n\nNetwork Expansion:\n\n Identify and evaluate sites for new retail stations, considering location, traffic, accessibility, and regulatory suitability.\n\n Conduct commercial due diligence on sites, including land ownership and title, and coordinate with Legal, Finance and Operations on feasibility.\n\n Structure and negotiate land, lease, dealership and partnership agreements, with legal input.\n\nCustomer and Partner Acquisition:\n\n Win and manage corporate, fleet, transport and industrial customers by developing tailored supply and credit offerings.\n\n Build strategic relationships with vehicle fleet owners, CNG conversion workshops, EV partners, financiers and government agencies.\n\n Prepare proposals, tenders and presentations and negotiate commercial terms.\n\nPipeline, Performance and Reporting:\n\n Maintain a CRM and pipeline of opportunities, tracking conversion and revenue against targets.\n\n Work with Finance to develop business cases and financial projections for new initiatives.\n\n Provide regular reports to the MD/CEO on business development performance.\n\n Lead the Branding and Marketing Officer and align campaigns with growth priorities.\n\nSalary\n\nN350,000 -
