We partner with businesses across diverse sectors to optimize their people, processes, and performance, ensuring growth, efficiency, and long-term success.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Business Development Manager \n\nLocation: Island, Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Purpose\n\nDrives the company’s growth by identifying and winning new retail sites, corporate and fleet customers, partnerships and new energy opportunities, including Enervolve Global Products,CNG and EV charging services. Builds and manages the sales pipeline, strengthens market position and ensures that growth initiatives are commercially sound and aligned with companygrowthstrategies.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\n\nGrowth Strategy and Market Intelligence:\n\nDevelop and execute the business development strategy and annual growth plan in line with company objectives.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and regulatory changes, and advise management on opportunities and threats.\nIdentify opportunities in CNG conversion, EV charging, lubricants and convenience retail.\n\nNetwork Expansion:\n\nStructure and negotiate land, lease, dealership and partnership agreements, with legal input.\nConduct commercial due diligence on sites, including land ownership and title, and coordinate with Legal, Finance and Operations on feasibility.\nIdentify and evaluate sites for new retail stations, considering location, traffic, accessibility and regulatory suitability.\n\nCustomer and Partner Acquisition:\n\nBuild strategic relationships with vehicle fleet owners, CNG conversion workshops, EV partners, financiers and government agencies.\nWin and manage corporate, fleet, transport and industrial customers by developing tailored supply and credit offerings.\nPrepare proposals, tenders and presentations and negotiate commercial terms.\n\nPipeline, Performance and Reporting:\n\nWork with Finance to develop business cases and financial projections for new initiatives.\nLead the Branding and Marketing Officer and align campaigns with growth priorities.\nProvide regular reports to the MD/CEO on business development performance.\nMaintain a CRM and pipeline of opportunities, tracking conversion and revenue against targets.\n\nSalary\n\nN350,000 -
