For more information: mn8energy.com.\nPosition overview:\nThe Treasury Cash Management Analyst responsibilities include managing the daily cash operations of the company, managing the liquidity forecast of the company, assisting in analysis for Senior Management, and liaising with banks and other counterparties on Cash Management-related activities. The position will report to the Treasury Supervisor and will lead work collaboratively to support Cash Management needs across the company. She/he will be partnering with other key business partners to help ensure the efficient and accurate management of funds and reporting. She/he will partner with the organization in an effort tocontinuously improve the efficiency of the team, data collectionand reporting process for Treasury deliverables.\nAs the Treasury Cash Management Analyst, you will:\nCoordinate and assist in the management of daily cash operations\n\nSupport 13-week and 12-month liquidity forecasting for the company\n\nExecute flow of funds for complex financial transactions, including tax equity fundings, acquisitions of projects, and other transactions\n\nCoordinate amendments, cancellations, and issuances for letters of credits and surety bonds to support company operations\n\nSupporting ad-hoc analysis related to our Cash Management activities\n\nInterface with banks and other counterparties to efficiently manage payment and financing needs\n\nCollaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions\n\nCollaborate with other departments to respond to inquiries from internal and external parties\n\nEnsure adherence to internal controls for SOX compliance\n\nPerform other ad hoc tasks as required\n\nOur ideal candidate will have:\nBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline required\n\nMinimum 3 years of financial expertise in the area/s of cash management, contract administration, FP&A, or related field\n\nDemonstrated expertise in Excel, including complex financial analysis, reporting automation, and VBA-based process improvements\n\nStrong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills\n\nCommunicates effectively, both orally and in writing\n\nMust have demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in team-based environment\n\nResponsive; able to integrate and balance priorities, work activities and resources for the benefit of multiple key stakeholders\n\nActive learner with the ability to enhance personal and professional growth\n\nFamiliarity with FIS Integrity or other treasury management systems used for cash positioning, forecasting, and bank account management is a plus\n\nHow we set you up for success:\nAt MN8, we cultivate a culture of equity,through transparency and accessibility, where everyone thrives.
