procurement.\n\nCoordinate and follow up on product shipping and delivery to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.\n\nTrack and resolve operational issues, quality concerns, and delivery delays.\n\nMaintain accurate purchasing, supplier, quotation, and order records.\n\nSupport supplier evaluation and identify opportunities for cost and process improvements.\n\nEnsure sourced materials and customized products meet client requirements and quality standards.\n\nPrepare purchasing and operational reports for management.\n\nWork cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, and Logistics teams whenever required to support project execution and ensure smooth coordination.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with other departments whenever required, based on the needs and requirements of each project.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing, or operational management.\n\nPrior background working with customized merchandise, corporate giveaways, promotional items, or factory manufacturing environments.\n\nEstablished network of suppliers coupled with strong sourcing and price-negotiation acumen.\n\nHigh level of attention to detail combined with practical problem-solving capabilities.\n\nProven ability to balance cost management, quality assurance, and strict delivery timelines.\n\nCapable of inspecting physical goods to verify compliance against technical specifications.\n\nSolid grasp of shipping logistics, freight forwarding, and international/domestic dispatch coordination.\n\nStrong organizational skills with a systematic approach to multi-tasking and
