Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and optimize production systems on Azure AI Foundry, including retrieval systems, agents, and reasoning workflows, with a focus on quality, reliability, latency and cost\n\nDevelop internal products that transform how our advisory and accounting practices work, and how they serve our clients\nBuild LLM powered services on Azure AI Foundry\nBuild, evaluate, and improve RAG solutions using Azure AI Search and Document Intelligence\nEstablish evaluation and error analysis loops, including offline evals, LLM as a judge, and human in the loop review, so system quality is measured rather than assumed\nImplement guardrails, content safety, and PII protection\nIntegrate AI/ML capabilities into back-end and front-end services, collaborating with software developers to orchestrate inference endpoints, data flows, and responsible AI considerations\nIntegrate AI capabilities across enterprise platforms while ensuring secure and compliant use of technology and data\nTake ownership of projects from concept to deployment, balancing rapid innovation with thoughtful execution\nSkills and Experience\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in an AI/ML Engineering or development role\nExperience designing and deploying AI-powered applications within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Search)\nPrior experience building agentic systems and tool enabled workflows\nFamiliarity with evaluation frameworks for agents, RAG systems, and LLM powered applications\nPractical experience working with LLMs, including model selection, context management, prompt engineering, and understanding the trade-offs between different model architectures and approaches\nExperience with document processing pipelines, turning PDFs, scans, and unstructured text into LLM ready inputs\nProficiency in Python and solid software engineering fundamentals\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools and staying current with emerging technologies such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools\nFamiliarity experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) preferred\nSolid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery practices and the ability to iterate quickly in an innovation environment\nStrong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced innovation environment\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts to various audiences\nMicrosoft Azure AI certifications or related certifications are considered an asset including AI-102/AI-103, AB-100, and GH-300\nMyRewards@MNP\nWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
