Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.\nThis opportunity is a for an 8-month term beginning November 2026 until July 2027.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in designing and implementing robust extract, transform, and load (ETL) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes\nPartner with cross-functional teams, including architects, data analysts and business users to create high-quality solutions\nSupport data modelling initiatives to ensure data quality and accessibility\nMaintain and ensure data quality, integrity, security and consistency across multiple data sources and platforms\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting for database, pipeline and integrations issues where and when needed\nMonitor platform performance and optimize costs to ensure efficiency and scalability\nCommunicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences and contribute to process improvements\nManage tasks independently while thriving in a collaborative environment and provide support to team members when needed\nDevelop a comprehensive understanding of MNP’s services, business models, and industry context to align data solutions effectively\nSkills and Experience\n4+ years in Data Engineering, ETL development, or Business Intelligence development roles\nStrong expertise in working with both structured and semi-structured data formats\nProficient in Python (PySpark) for data engineering and data transformation tasks\nPractical experience working with any notebook-based data engineering environment, such as Microsoft Fabric notebooks, Azure Synapse Analytics notebooks, Jupyter Notebooks, or other widely used enterprise or cloud-based data notebooks\nStrong demonstrated knowledge of SQL and database architecture patterns, including data warehousing, non-relational databases and medallion architecture concepts\nStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nDetail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions\nExperience in the accounting and professional services industry is an asset\nMyRewards@MNP\nWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
