Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Excel, Power BI and other analytics tools to provide meaningful insights into workforce trends and support strategic and data-driven Human Capital decisions\nMaintain data integrity by conducting audits, reviewing reports, regression testing and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness\nLearn the foundational processes in our Human Capital Management System (HCMS) to ensure understanding of underlying data and continuously maintain this knowledge through ongoing support\nDevelop and maintain process documentation and provide end-user support through training, incorporating business intelligence best practices Troubleshoot application issues and work towards timely resolution\nLeverage advanced analytics tools such as Power BI and the greater Power Platform to interpret complex datasets and produce detailed reports that support operational and business planning\nIdentify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the end-user experience and overall work processes\nWork in collaboration with the Technology team, other internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between multiple business systems\nSupport the maintenance of system controls and security within multiple business systems\nDevelop a thorough understanding of the firm’s services, businesses and industry\nContinually expand knowledge through professional development and ongoing research of data technology and human capital management industry trends\nSkills and Experience\nDegree in Human Resources, Data Science, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\nExperience working with Human Capital data and developing workforce reporting, analytics, and insights\nExperience gathering requirements, developing reports, and preparing business and data analysis\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas; experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is considered an asset\nProven expertise in creating advanced reports and dashboards, with experience in Power BI, Power Platform, and preparing data models\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure Services and Fabric is considered an asset\nProactive, flexible, dependable and solution-oriented approach\nAbility to communicate in French and English is considered an asset\nSelf-disciplined with proven experience working with remote teams\nAbility to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks\nDesire to collaborate and make an impact in a growing organization\nCritical thinker who is motivated by continuous system improvement\n\nMyRewards@MNP\nMore than a paycheque, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards for our team members.
