Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in the support of our Human Capital Management System (HCMS) solution (including Payroll, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management), ensuring functionality meets our evolving business needs\nEngage with national and regional leadership, stakeholders and vendors to ensure our HC technology supports regulatory compliance, operational activities and strategic initiatives\nSupport the maintenance of system controls and security within multiple business systems\nDesign and configure reports to identify real-time, actionable business insights on trends that affect strategic and data-driven HC decisions\nDevelop and coordinate comprehensive test plans for the HCMS for testing and future version releases, including unit testing, regression testing, functional testing and quality assurance (QA)\nWork in collaboration with the Technology team, other internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between multiple business systems\nTroubleshoot application issues and work towards timely resolution\nMaintain data integrity by conducting audits, reviewing reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness; question inconsistencies in data and bring forward to HC leadership\nIdentify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the end-user experience\nSupport the end-user experience through documentation and training\nContinually expand your knowledge through professional development and ongoing research of technology and human capital management industry trends\nSkills and Experience\nComputer Science or Business Administration degree or relevant experience in HR and data management\nAbility to communicate in French and English would be considered an asset\nExperience working within HC systems, processes, and business analytics preferred\nProven data analysis experience with expertise in creating advanced reports and dashboards\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\nExperience in training and facilitation\nAbility to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks\nSelf-disciplined with proven experience working with remote teams\nDesire to collaborate and make an impact in a growing organization\nCritical thinker who is motivated by continuous system improvement\nMyRewards@MNP\nWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
