Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.\nResponsibilities\nLead the development, execution, and continuous evolution of the Firm's Data Governance strategy, roadmap, and priorities\nDrive governance initiatives and programs that strengthen data quality, ownership, lifecycle management, information protection, and AI readiness\nProvide recommendations to leadership and governance committees on emerging risks, opportunities, and governance decisions\nEstablish success measures, monitor program outcomes, and manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across multiple initiatives\nBuild strong partnerships across Service Lines, Regions, Resource Groups, IT, and business stakeholders to align governance practices with organizational objectives\nAct as a trusted advisor, influencing the adoption of sustainable data governance practices while balancing business needs and operational realities\nCollaborate with technical teams to support governance initiatives involving Microsoft 365, Purview, data classification, retention, reporting, and information management solutions\nTranslate business requirements into actionable governance solutions and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nLead governance communications, stakeholder engagement, change management, and training initiatives to drive awareness and adoption\nMaintain governance documentation, policies, records, and reporting to support oversight, compliance, and continuous improvement\nSkills and Experience\n5+ years of experience leading governance, program management, business transformation, or strategic initiatives in a complex organization\nStrong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results\nDemonstrated ability to influence leaders and build consensus across business and technical teams\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills\nExcellent communication skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, business-focused recommendations\nExperience developing governance frameworks, policies, processes, or operating models\nFamiliarity with data governance, information management, privacy, compliance, or information protection practices\nExperience supporting change management, communications, training, and adoption initiatives\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, or similar governance and information management technologies is considered an asset\nMyRewards@MNP\nWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
