Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the team in the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of innovation and technology initiatives\nCoordinate and communicate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple initiatives for various business, technical and external stakeholder groups\nMaintain project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, status reports, and delivery trackers\nWork closely with development teams, analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to coordinate work items and delivery activities\nSupport Agile project delivery by coordinating sprint activities, tracking work items, and maintaining project documentation with tools such as Azure DevOps, AHA, Planner, or similar tools\nSupport the facilitation of project meetings, prepare agendas, record decisions, and track action items through to completion\nProvide end-to-end workshop administration, including coordinating participants and logistics, preparing agendas and materials, supporting facilitation, capturing notes and decisions, and following up on actions and outcome\nAssist with testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), release readiness, and issue tracking activities\nSkills and Experience\nPost-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Project Management, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field\n2+ years of experience in project coordination, delivery coordination, product operations, PMO support, or a related role\nExperience supporting technology, innovation, digital transformation, analytics, or software development projects\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously\nExceptional attention to detail and follow-through\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nExperience organizing and administering workshops, including scheduling, participant coordination, materials preparation, note-taking, decision capture, and action-item follow-up\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook\nExperience using project and work management tools such as Azure DevOps, AHA, Planner, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platforms\nUnderstanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or product delivery methodologies is considered an asset\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, conversational AI, low-code tools, knowledge management, or agent testing is considered an asset\nMyRewards@MNP\nWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
