If you’re ready to take your career into your own hands, you’ve come to the right place.\nResponsibilities\nManage the organization and delivery of key ERP client projects; ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to scope, quality and business outcomes\nLead ERP implementation, upgrade, integration, optimization and business transformation initiatives across finance, operations, supply chain, reporting and related business platform areas\nApply appropriate project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid approaches, based on project complexity, client environment and ERP implementation needs\nFacilitate project ceremonies and governance routines, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, status meetings, steering committee updates, sprint reviews and retrospectives, where applicable\nSupport clients and project teams through ERP discovery, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment and post-go-live stabilization activities\nManage assigned budgets, project financials, resource plans and regular reporting on budget burn down, profitability and overall delivery health\nPerform risk and issue management to identify, document, evaluate, mitigate, escalate and communicate project risks, decisions, dependencies and blockers\nCoordinate internal resources, client stakeholders and third-party vendors to support effective execution of ERP project deliverables\nDevelop project scopes, objectives, workplans and governance structures while involving relevant stakeholders and confirming business, technical and operational feasibility\nEnsure resource availability, allocation and alignment across functional consultants, technical consultants, client subject matter experts and implementation partners\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables and status reporting to track progress and support transparent communication\nUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, cost and business requirements\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, including ERP implementation trackers, RAID logs, status reports and project dashboards\nMonitor project timelines against targets and adjust where necessary; advise management and client stakeholders of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies, where applicable\nManage relationships with clients, project sponsors, business stakeholders, implementation teams and vendors throughout the ERP project lifecycle\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, governance materials, decision logs, issue logs, change requests and implementation readiness materials\nDevelop a thorough understanding of MNP’s ERP, business platforms and digital services, along with client industries, business processes and operational priorities\nRaise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events, client interactions and company-sponsored functions\nContribute to the development of new ideas, delivery approaches, templates and work processes to improve ERP project delivery quality and consistency\nSkills and Experience\nCompletion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferably in business, information systems, computer science, engineering or a related discipline\nCompletion of additional certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or ERP-specific certifications, is considered an asset\nMinimum of 7 years of proven project management experience, ideally with ERP implementation, business systems transformation or enterprise application delivery projects\nExperience leading ERP projects involving finance, accounting, operations, supply chain, professional services automation, reporting or related business process areas\nExperience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct or similar business platforms is considered an asset\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar platforms\nBackground in business process improvement, budgeting, project financials, stakeholder management and project reporting\nAbility to work with clients to understand requirements, current-state processes, pain points and future-state business needs, and translate them into clear project plans and deliverables\nUnderstanding of ERP implementation phases, including discovery, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, cutover, go-live and stabilization\nSolid understanding of technical delivery concepts, integrations, data, reporting and enterprise application environments\nHighly organized and able to manage competing priorities, timelines and expectations across clients, leadership, project teams and third-party vendors\nStrong communication, facilitation and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences\nBilingual in English and French is strongly desired\nMY REWARDS @ MNP\nWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
