Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.\nThis opportunity is available in: Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, as well as other cities across Ontario and British Columbia.\nApplication Deadline: October 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm (MST)\nResponsibilities\nDrive the management of key projects through collaboration with key stakeholders\nDevelop project scope and objectives to ensure technical feasibility throughout \nDevelop and monitor project budgets and ensure resource availability and allocation for successful delivery \nDevelop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget and scope \nMonitor project timelines against targets and adjust where necessary, ensuring stakeholders are kept advised of project status; ensure approval for changes to project scope, schedule and/or cost\nManage stakeholder relations by adopting appropriate management structures for projects and ensuring all key project stakeholders are informed and involved \nImplement risk management processes to minimize project risks, including identifying, documenting, evaluating, mitigating, and communicating risks and issues \nManage relevant research and data collection\nFacilitate meetings, interviews, focus groups, and surveys\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques \nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation to comply with Data Governance policies and guidelines\nDesign and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel workbooks \nAssist with the development and execution of project change enablement plans \nContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to drive efficiencies and best practices \nDevelop a thorough understanding of MNP’s Assurance services, businesses, and industry \nMaintain flexibility to travel, as necessary\nSkills and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field\nCAPM, PMP or equivalent certifications (completed or in process) \n2+ years of project management experience\nStrong working knowledge of M365 Copilot and Microsoft Office project management tools and applications\nEnjoyment of planning projects and collaborating with project teams \nAbility to influence people to keep projects on track and escalate discussions with stakeholders as required \nExceptional eye for detail and ability to stay organized in a fast paced and agile environment \nDemonstrated ability to drive projects forward with minimal direction\nProven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nPrior experience working with senior leaders in a Professional Services environment is considered an asset \nBusiness analyst experience is considered an asset\nMyRewards@MNP\nWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
