If you’re ready to take your career into your own hands, you’ve come to the right place.\nResponsibilities:\nPerformance Expectations\nBe part of a team of Microsoft Dynamics 365 developers and architects\nDesign and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Case Management solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization \nEngage directly with clients to understand, design and recommend solutions\nDesign and implement Microsoft .NET solutions to extend the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service module\nUtilize AI to augment and evolve team best practices for development, design, and testing use cases, establishing MNP Digital as a Frontier Firm\nImplement solutions using hybrid-agile and agile methods \nTake a proactive and continuous approach for professional development, collaboration, and knowledge sharing\nDevelop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry \nRaise awareness of MNP at community events \nSkills and Experience\nThree (3) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions, with two (2) years specifically with Dynamics 365 Customer Service module and Power Platform technologies\nExperience in Dynamics 365 solutions for Licensing and Permits and Grants Management preferred\nDevelopment experience with the following technologies:\nCopilot Studio\nPower Pages\nFunction Apps\nLogic Apps\nPower Automate\nSharePoint\nASP.Net, C#, web services\nNorth52\nData Migration (Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft)\nAgentic/vibe coding\nHands-on experience using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio\nHands-on experience with Playwright for automated testing of web applications, including test script development, execution, and maintenance\nStrong understanding of the full SDLC, including requirements, architecture, design, development and testing.\nPost-Secondary Degree in a relevant field or five (5) years of relevant experience\nExperience on Government projects is strongly preferred, but not mandatory \nWillingness to travel (local and within Canada)\nMY REWARDS @ MNP\nMore than a paycheque, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards for our team members.
