Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.\nResponsibilities\nProduct & Backlog Management\nCollaborate with Product Managers to prioritize feature requests and work items, ensuring timely delivery to users\nMaintain the product backlog with accurate, up-to-date documentation of business and technical requirements\nInvestigate feature requests and enhancements to determine value, feasibility, and viability\nEnsure product backlog items are clear and refined for proper estimation and sizing, leading to accurate release planning\nRequirements & Documentation\nWrite clear, concise, and actionable requirements documents and user stories from which developers can design and build solutions\nCoordinate with the Business Analysis team members to ensure documentation is thorough, agreed upon, and effectively communicated to all stakeholders\nCollaborate with development teams to ensure feature design and functionality is thoroughly understood\nTranslate ambiguous or high-level business requests into structured, well-defined requirements with clear acceptance criteria\nStakeholder & User Engagement\nGather comprehensive requirements from stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expertise are incorporated into product decisions\nConduct user interviews, feedback sessions, and discovery activities with business stakeholders and end users to gather insights\nCollate and synthesize data gathered from end users and product analytics to inform product strategy\nUX & Design Collaboration\nEngage with UX Design to refine feature ideas by developing designs and prototypes\nParticipate in design reviews, contribute to usability discussions, and ensure that product experiences are intuitive and aligned with user needs\nContinuous Improvement & Enablement\nConsistently evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement of applications from business and technical perspectives to meet evolving needs in a changing business climate\nHelp develop training strategies and materials for users where necessary\nExplore automation and AI opportunities in collaboration with the Product Manager \nSkills and Experience\n4 to 6 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a technology-focused project role\nDemonstrated ability to translate ambiguous or high-level requests into structured, actionable requirements with clear acceptance criteria\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or formal Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience developing both technical and business requirements documentation\nWorking knowledge of development management tools such as Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) or Microsoft DevOps (Azure DevOps)\nProficiency in Figma or other design and prototyping tools, including design review and collaboration with UX/design teams\nWorking knowledge of analytics or BI tools (e.g., Power BI or similar) to interpret product usage data and inform decisions\nThe following experience is considered an asset:Experience in professional services, accounting, or ERP/practice management platforms (e.g., billing, AR, or financial workflow software)\nExposure to enterprise software environments serving multi-stakeholder, multi-region teams\nExperience facilitating workshops or structured discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholder groups\n\nMyRewards@MNP\nWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
