The ideal candidate should have a strong consulting background and the ability to translate business problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions while managing client and stakeholder relationships.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Science, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions from discovery and solutioning through production deployment.\n\n- Drive solution architecture and technical design for LLM-based applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and enterprise AI solutions.\n\n- Translate client business requirements into technical roadmaps, scalable architectures, and actionable delivery plans.\n\n- Lead client consulting engagements, technical discussions, workshops, solution presentations, and stakeholder management.\n\n- Provide technical leadership across AI/ML, GenAI, data science, and engineering initiatives.\n\n- Establish and drive best practices for MLOps, LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, scalability, and operational excellence.\n\n- Work with cloud platforms and modern data engineering ecosystems to build production-ready AI solutions.\n\n- Build, manage, mentor, and grow high-performing Data Science and AI Engineering teams.\n\n- Review technical solutions, ensure engineering quality, and guide teams on architecture and implementation decisions.\n\n- Identify opportunities for AI-led business transformation and contribute to solution proposals, estimations, and consulting engagements.\n\n- Manage delivery priorities, risks, dependencies, and technical challenges while ensuring high-quality outcomes.\n\n- Stay current with emerging GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM, and AI engineering technologies and evaluate their applicability to client needs.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 8 - 13 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, AI/ML, or AI Engineering.\n\n- Strong experience in AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutioning and architecture.\n\n- Strong hands-on understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise GenAI applications.\n\n- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps and end-to-end AI solution delivery.\n\n- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Strong solution architecture, technical consulting, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Proven experience managing and mentoring technical teams.\n\n- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.\n\n- Consulting background with experience working on complex business and technology problems.\n\n- Strong understanding of data science, machine learning, and modern data engineering practices.\n\n- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.\n\nSkills\nEngineering Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Agentic AI, LLM, RAG, MLOps, Generative AI, AWS","description_format":"text","description_chars":2973,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":8,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-25T22:00:00Z"}],"liveness":{"score":28,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":0.85,"p_active":0.438,"p_room":0.75,"age_days":21,"expected_fill_days":24,"reasons":["seen:21","agency","velocity","win:late"],"computed_at":"2026-09-29T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/mnr-solutions-engineering-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/mnr-solutions-engineering-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-30T05:09:50Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":3543,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":1457,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-01T00:00:00Z"}}}
